Physical Therapy You Can Trust

For nearly 30 years, we have been formally measuring our patients' functional outcomes (how much and how fast they improve under our care) using a computerized survey system. Our scores are entered into a central database of outcomes scores from practices all across the country. We have been ranked #1 in New York State and in the top 10 in the nation. This means our patients GET BETTER FASTER, reducing their pain, improving their function and saving them expensive copayments. Our patient satisfaction scores also lead the pack!

Our Mission: To create a partnership with you in relieving your pain and restoring or improving your function.

Founded in 1984 by Dennis Silverbloom, PT, CEEAA, CSCS, a lifelong resident of West Islip, West Islip Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation has earned the trust of patients and physicians by delivering effective quality physical therapy care.
